The Swanton golf team was at Ironwood Golf Course on Thursday where they finished second to Patrick Henry in a NWOAL tri-match that also featured Wauseon.
The Patriots won the event with a 185 team total, the Bulldogs notched a 195, and the Indians 201.
Austin Luce led Swanton and was the match’s medalist after shooting a 40. Carter Swank shot a 44, Brady Lemons 55, and Randy Slink and Raymond Schad each finished with a 56.
Kaiden McGraw and Jordan Moore each shot a 45 to pace Patrick Henry. James Gerken added a 47, Zach Clemens 48 and Kenton Shoemaker 50.
For Wauseon, CJ Moser led the way with a 44, Eric Parker shot a 45, Trent Armstrong 49 and Caleb Leu 63.
