Evergreen and Swanton split their bowling match last Monday at Swanton Sports Center as the Viking boys were victorious 2073-1736 while the Bulldogs won the girls match 1640-1474.
In the boys contest, Chris Carrington notched a 365 series total to lead Evergreen. John Silvestri was next highest at 335, Nick Hudik 320 and Evan Conrad 316.
Swanton was led by Justin Timpe with a 323 series, Chris Clayton 300, David Patch 270 and Wyatt Lake 225. However, Swanton had the advantage in three Baker Games, 416-400.
The Bulldogs were led in the girls contest by Abby Lawson who had a 372 series. Lauren Smith added a 265, Jordan Furko 247 and Tonya Timpe 227.
Pacing the Vikings was Courtney Wilson who had a 287, Destiny Ricker 244, Caitlyn Shoelds 213 and Breeanna Riegsecker 190. Evergreen had the advantage in Baker 361-313.
Swanton was then defeated by Liberty Center Friday at River City Bowl-A-Way in Napoleon. The Bulldog boys lost 2245-1745 while the girls were defeated 1998-1800.
Timpe rolled a 321 series and Tylor Prentice 301 to pace the Swanton boys. Lawson recorded a 367 and Haley McMahan 268 for the Swanton girls.
After hosting Tinora this Monday, the Bulldogs are back on the road Friday when they travel to Bryan.
