The Fulton County OSU Extension and Ohio Homemaker Community Education (OHCE) will host Women’s Day, a fun-filled afternoon at the Fulton County Fair, Wednesday, Sept. 6,1-3:15 p.m., at the Veteran’s Pavilion at the fairgrounds.
Presentations will include: 1 p.m., “Fall” Into Fashion, with Gloria Kuntz of Passion For Fashion; 1:45 p.m., Basic Home Safety with Rachel Kinsman of the Fulton County Health Department; and 2:30 p.m., Cake Decorating with Kristy Clouse of the Bake Shop.
The event is open to everyone.
OHCE is looking for women who want to be involved to strengthen family values, improve the community, and be informed and learn about new programs or ideas. OHCE has a variety of activities and charitable events to get involved in such as Relay for Life, Women’s Day, collecting toiletries for those in need, silent auctions for charities, adopting a family at the holidays, and supporting the cultural arts. There are also opportunities to be involved in a regional and state level with this group.
