Officers for 2017 are: Mindy O’Neill, president; Amber Rufenacht, vice-president; Alexis Reber, secretary; Samantha Stein, treasurer; Mariah Baker and Nicole Stein, news reporters; Zorah Siefker, historian; Liz Reber, health leader; and Chloe Ruhnke, recreation leader.
Discussion included the a car wash and bake sale club fundraiser, the date to be set later. At the next meeting, the club plans to reserve camp sites for its annual camping trip.
The advisors are working on setting up our community service at Fulton Manor on May 20.
Following the meeting, the 4-H members played a game involving fitting as many people as possible on a tarp. Those on the tarp then had to keep booth feet on it and flip the tarp any way they could. Players who fell off the tarp had to stay off. In the first game, only two people were left. As play continued, more people successfully stayed on the tarp.
The next Fulton 4-H Connection meeting will be held Sunday, March 26, 3:30 p.m., at the Fulton County Extension Office.
