A Swanton man was recently sentenced by Judge James E. Barber in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.
Robert Jordan previously pleaded guilty to aggravated menacing and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle. On July 19, 2016, he discharged a weapon while in his vehicle.
H was sentenced to one year of community control, and ordered him to: pay a fine of $250; be assessed by the Changing Offender Behavior Treatment through Western District Court; stay out ot bars; not possess or consume any alcoholic beverages; not possess a firearm; and serve 180 days in CCNO, with suspension of 170 days and the remaining 10 days to be served with work release.
Failure to comply could result in 170 days in CCNO.
