Swanton Fireworks will be shot off in honor of Independence Day. The viewing area at the high school will open at 6 p.m.

Harding Township Trustees will meet at 7 p.m. in the township building. The public is welcome.

Swanton Village Council will meet at the village hall, 219 Chestnut Street at 7 p.m. The public is welcome to attend. The Water and Sewer and Finance Committees will meet prior to the meeting at 6 p.m.

OPERS Fulton County Chapter 29 meets the third Tuesday of each month at the Wauseon Senior Center.
Helping Other Parents Experiencing Grief (HOPE) is a support group that meets the third Monday of every month, except December, at 7:30 p.m. in the Fulton County Health Center meeting room. HOPE offers support for parents who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth or the death of infants, young children and teenagers due to illness or accident. The Quilt Bear Cafe Club is a monthly club that features a monthly “cup” of quilting.
