The annual Air Tour that gives residents the opportunity to view points of interest from the sky will be held Saturday, Aug. 13, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Fulton County Airport.
The flights will start from the airport, 9460 County Road 14, north of County Road J. Flights will last approximately 20 minutes, and the planes have a seating capacity of three or five passengers, so bring guests.
No reservations are taken. Cost is $15 per person, regardless of age.
The Life Flight helicopter will be available for viewing unless it’s needed. The Evergreen High School FFA and Alumni will be serving breakfast and lunch from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
The Air Tour is sponsored by Fulton Soil and Water Conservation District, Fulton County Airport, Naves Aviation Ltd., Countryside Farms Drainage-Steve Schmitz, Falor Farm Center, Larry Rychener Excavating, Schaedler and Sons Farm Drainage, and Andre Land Forming.
