Swanton High School accounting students were invited on Oct. 6 to the University of Toledo College of Business and Innovation.

Students had an opportunity to meet with the dean, college professors and business organizations that help students get linked with internship opportunities and career exploration. Students were also given a tour of the facilities that included the Professional Sales division. They were also introduced to the Bloomberg Room and its computer investment platform that is used within a large variety of investment firms.

Swanton accounting students are a part of the College Credit Plus Initiative funded through Penta Career Center and are receiving college accounting credits.
