Remembering 9/11: SMS students place flags


Swanton Middle School students took a moment on Friday to remember 9/11 on its 20th anniversary. Students placed a flag in the ground in rememberance of each individual who died that day in 2001. They will now begin a schoolwide book study of the novel “Towers Falling.”
