Coding program offered at Swanton library

Coding for grades K-12 is back in action at Swanton Public Library. Coders can come in on a one-to-one basis to learn some coding skills with our equipment.

Coding will be open on Monday and Wednesday of each week. The time slots available are 4-4:30 p.m. and 4:30-5 p.m. and are open to one coder at a time. That will allow library staff to sanitize equipment between coders to help make sure everyone is safe.

The equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please choose two items you would like to work with so library staff can have at least one of them ready for you.

To register, provide name, phone number or email, what time slot(s) you would like, and what your first and second choices of coding equipment are. You can register for up to two slots per month.

Sign up online at, contact the library on or the library’s Facebook, call 419-826-2760, email, or come in and sign up in person.
