Free memory screenings will be held this month at Swanton Health Care & Retirement Center. The screenings will be offered March 22 from 2-4 p.m.
Screening are by appointment only. Call Chris Cremean at 419-825-1145 to make a reservation.
Individuals can take advantage of free, confidential memory screenings as part of Community Memory Screenings, an initiative of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America to promote proper detection of Alzheimer’s disease and related illnesses, and successful aging.
Swanton Health Care & Retirement Center is located at 214 S. Munson Road.
