Ten people busted in drug activity sweep

Ten people were arrested Tuesday during a drug investigation sweep by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office and the Archbold Police Department, Sheriff Roy Miller announced.

The arrests include:

Ada Shaver, 43, of Delta, possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony; Sadie J. Shaver, 21, of Delta, possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony; Dayvon W. Boston, 21, of Toledo, trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony; Shawn D. O’Leary, 29, of Lyons, possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony; Heny W. Marksch IV, 27, of Archbold, two counts of possession heroin, fifth-degree felonies; Ian Ruffer, 26, Wauseon, aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony; Thomas H. Green, 20, of Delta, trafficking in marijuana, a fifth-degree felony; Jacob E. Olson, 24, Ohio Department of Corrections, trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony; Gale Patrick Dickey, 41, Ohio Department of Corrections, trafficking in drugs, a felony of the second degree; and Michael L. Dominique, 68, of Fayette, illegal cultivation of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony.

Also assisting were members of the Multi Area Narcotics Task Force, the Wauseon, Delta, Swanton, and Fayette police departments, the Fulton County dog warden, the Fulton County Job and Family Services Child Protection Unit, the Black Swamp Electronics Crime Task Force, the Ohio Attorney General’s Office Bureau of Criminal Investigation, and the Defiance County Sheriff’s Office.
