The Swanton Area Community Coalition (SACC) is hosting a free presentation by Steven Chapman of Lutheran Social Services of Northwest Ohio, at the EPIC center 124 N. Main St. Swanton on Jan. 14 from 7-8 p.m.
Chapman is a substance abuse counselor with many years of experience. The event is free and open to the public.
