Allegiant announced last week new service from Toledo to the Florida Panhandle via Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport beginning June 7, 2019.
“We’re very excited to announce this brand new service from Toledo,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant vice president of planning and revenue. “We’re sure area travelers will take advantage of our friendly, nonstop, ultra-low-cost service to enjoy all that the Emerald Coast has to offer.”
The new seasonal flights will operate twice weekly. With the addition of this new route, Allegiant will now serve four cities from Toledo Express Airport. Flight days, times and the lowest fares can be found only at Allegiant.com. Fares as low as $59 each way are being offered to celebrate the new flight.
“This new, nonstop service will connect northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan to exciting vacation destinations on the panhandle of Florida for the first time,” said Paul Toth, president and CEO of the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority. “The commitment shown by Allegiant to continue growing at Toledo Express Airport is a testament to the strength and vitality of our local market.”
