Swanton Village Council will meet at 7 p.m. in Swanton Village Council chambers, 219 Chestnut St. The Public Safety and Public Service committees will meet prior to the regular meeting, beginning at 6 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.

Swanton Township Board of Trustees will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the township hall at the corner of Airport Highway and Scott Road. The public is welcome.
Holiday Crafts with Swanton Garden Club, 6:30 p.m., Swanton Public Library. Just in time for the holidays, the Garden Club is returning to SPL for another mystery holiday craft. Growing through Grief Bereavement Group will meet the fourth Tuesday of every month from 3:30-5 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 210 N. Main St., Swanton. Conducted by licensed bereavement counselors, the sessions are free and open to anyone in the community who is interested in attending. Pre-registration is required.
