The Swanton Public Library has a lot going on for children in November.
Beginning Monday, Nov. 5, babies, toddlers, and preschoolers will have the opportunity to learn through fun six-week sessions held every Monday and Tuesday morning and Thursday evening.
“Once Upon a Story,” for ages 3-5, Mondays, 10:30 a.m., in the children’s program room.
”Tales for Tots,” ages 6 months through 5 years, meets every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the library community room, and every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the children’s program room. Ages 2 and under must have an attending adult. No registration required.
On Wednesday, Nov. 14, 4-5:30 p.m., kids can watch three episodes of anime chosen by them or by a random button. This free event includes Japanese food, snacks, and drinks. No registration required.
Those in grades K-5 are invited to a free celebration of the fall season Saturday, Nov. 17, 10:30 a.m. They’ll read fall stories, play games, make an autumn snack, and, weather permitting, participate in a scavenger hunt. Registration is required.
