Swanton’s Main Street filled with ghosts, goblins and other spooky creatures on Saturday for the Halloween Hoopla. The event, presented by the Swanton Lions Club, returned after being cancelled in 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions. The Hoopla featured trick-or-treating at area businesses, pedal cart racing, games, and bouncy houses.
