SMS student brings in newspaper for 9/11 book reading


Audrey Carte, Swanton seventh grader from the House of Gratus, brought in a Sept. 12, 2001 edition of the Toledo Blade to share during read aloud of the book, “Towers Falling.” Swanton Middle School is currently wrapping up an all school read aloud of the Jewell Parker Rhodes novel about a child whose family was affected by the 2001 terrorist attack.
