Swanton Bulldogs top 4 in weekly computer ratings

Swanton is in playoff position in the first Ohio High School Athletic Association computer rankings released on Tuesday. The Bulldogs are ranked fourth in Division V, Region 16.

The top eight teams in the region at the end of the regular season qualify for the playoffs. The top four host an opening round game.

Swanton is averaging 45.5 points per game this season while giving up 9 points per game.

Evergreen is fifth in Division VI, Region 20, while Delta is eighth. Wauseon if fifth in Division IV, Region 12.

The weekly computer ratings are released every Tuesday afternoon beginning after the fourth week of the season, leading up to the final report on Sunday morning, Nov. 1.
