Swanton was well represented on the Northwest Ohio Athletic League all-league volleyball teams that were announced recently.
Bulldog coach Kyle Borer, who led the program to its first ever league title this season, was selected as the league’s coach of the year.
Making first team All-NWOAL for Swanton were seniors Cydney Christensen, Sidney Taylor, and Julia Smith. Abby Arnold was selected second team all-league for the Bulldogs, while Alexis Sarvo and Olivia Williams were honorable mention.
Evergreen’s Hannah Herr was named first team all-league as a specialist. Getting honorable mention all-league for the Vikings were Kori Kreuz, Bailie Sutter, and Jamie VanLoocke.
Getting player of the year honors was Lexi Sauber of Wauseon.
