Critical: Hot holding temperatures of taco meat was not hot enough to be safe. Steps were demonstrated for correct food handling. Violation corrected at time of inspection.
Non-Critical: Food employees did not all have a form of hair restraint (hair net, cap or visor), observed a couple pieces of equipment were not commercial grade appliances, observed build-ups of grease on vents over fryer and some areas of kitchen floor is chipped and not smooth.

Non-Critical: Observed non-commercial microwave in use and dumpster was positioned over grass / stone area.
China Garden, Swanton
Critical: Observed internal temperatures of cold foods at 45 degrees F – needs to be at least 41 degrees F and observed build-up of food debris on blade of can opener.
Non-Critical: Observed non-commercial reach-in freezer in use, dish washer was registering 250 ppm – standard is 50 to 100 ppm, observed single use type containers in use storing food items, onions were stored on the floor and personal items stored in food prep area.
Swanton Memorial Park Concessions, Swanton
Non-Critical: Observed non-commercial crock pot in use, no thermometers available, no hot water provided by hot water heater and no hand wash sink. Violations were corrected at time of follow-up inspection.
Swanton Drug, Swanton
Non-Critical: Several ceiling tiles were water stained.
No violations observed in Swanton: St. Mary’s Meats and Toledo 76 Station.
