WAUSEON – The Fulton Soil and Water Conservation District will be conducting their 67th annual meeting and fish fry along with the Fulton County Farm Bureau. The annual meeting and fish fry will be held at St. Caspar Catholic Church, 1205 N. Shoop Ave. in Wauseon on Monday, Sept. 14, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
An election for the SWCD’s Board of Supervisors will be held to fill the expiring term of Jake Holland. Candidates for the supervisor position are Jake Holland and Randy Rice. Polls will be open from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Otherwise, an absentee ballot can be requested by mail, email or download application at swcd.fultoncountyoh.com until Sept. 4. Also, participants can come in person to the SWCD’s offices and vote. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The evening’s entertainment will be Rick Sowash, Storyteller. Tickets can be ordered from the Farm Bureau at 419-445-0723 or Fulton SWCD at 419-337-9217.
