Programs planned for kids at SPL


This week at Swanton Public Library,

• Toddlers ages 6 months to 2 years with an attending adult can meet story heroes in “Books & Heroes” on Tuesday, July 21, at 10:30 a.m.

• Children ages 3–5 can have fun with “Family Heroes” on Tuesday, July 21, at 10:30 a.m.

• Children ages 4 up through second grade can attend the “Incredible Years Prevention Program” or Dinosaur School at 11:15 a.m on Tuesday, July 21. This is a program that builds social skills through fun and learning put on by Four County Family Center.

• Children who just completed grades 3, 4, and 5 can meet some “Heroes of Myth” on Wednesday, July 22, at 10:30 a.m.

• Teens who just completed grades 6-12 are invited to compete in “Water Games” on Wednesday, July 22, at 4 p.m.

• Children who just completed grades K, 1, and 2 can meet heroes from myth and story in “Tall Tale Heroes” on Thursday, July 23, at 10:30 a.m.
