Grand jury indicts 10 people

The Fulton County Grand Jury recently considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.

Renee L. Nino, 38, of Wauseon was indicted on one count of attempted misuse of credit cards and two counts of misuse of credit cards. On or about Dec. 30, 2015, to Jan. 5, 2016, she allegedly used the credit card of an elderly person to withdraw cash from an ATM machine.

Shane S. Slusarski, 33, of Adrian, Mich., was indicted on four counts of nonsupport of dependents. On or about Dec. 1, 2014, to Dec. 5, 2015, he allegedly failed to pay child support totaling $3,763.80.

Natalie A. Slife, 27, of Sidney, Ohio, was indicted on one count of forgery. On or about Feb. 16, 2016, she allegedly forged a check.

Jeffery A. Wielfaert, 40, of Riga, Mich., was indicted on one count of breaking and entering and one count of theft. On or about Jan. 29, 2016, he allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied structure and allegedly stole property.

Madison N. Martinez, 20, of Wauseon was indicted on one count of trafficking in marijuana and one count of permitting drug abuse. On or about Nov. 20, 2015, she allegedly prepared or transported marijuana for sale in the vicinity of a juvenile, and allegedly permitted her home to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.

Alexia M. Casiano, 21, of Wauseon was indicted on two counts of breaking and entering and one count of theft. On or about Jan. 9, 2016, she allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied structure twice and allegedly stole cash valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500.

Robert T. Mattin Jr., 22, of Wauseon was indicted on two counts of breaking and entering and one count of theft. On or about Jan. 9, 2016, he allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied structure twice and allegedly stole cash valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500.

Benjamin C. Romero, 80, of Wauseon was indicted on two counts of public indecency. On or about Dec. 9, 2015, he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct or masturbation in view of a minor.

Kevin M. Schroder, 26, of Oregon, Ohio, was indicted on one count of criminal damaging or endangering, one count of trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, and felonious assault. On or about Feb. 25, 2016, he allegedly trespassed in the habitation of another and allegedly caused serious physical harm to another and allegedly caused a substantial risk of physical harm to property.

Austin J. Waidelich, 31, of Wauseon was indicted on one count of tampering with records and one count of grand theft. On or about Nov. 25, 2012, to April 8, 2015, he allegedly tampered with records of a governmental entity and allegedly stole services valued at more than $7,500 but less than $150,000 from that governmental entity.

An indictment is merely an accusation, and all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
