Grand jury indicts 16 people


The Fulton County Grand Jury has considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.

William F. Cranston, 36, of Ottawa Lake, Mich., was indicted on one count of assault. On or about Oct. 24, 2015, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a functionally impaired person for whom he was the caretaker.

Paul H. Schoenhals, 22, of Archbold was indicted on one count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, one count of harassment with a bodily substance, one count of criminal damaging or endangering, one count of resisting arrest, and one count of assault. On or about Nov. 27, 2015, he allegedly operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and resisted with the lawful arrest of himself. He also allegedly caused a substantial risk of physical harm to property, allegedly caused a law enforcement officer to come into contact with a bodily substance, and allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a peace officer while in the performance of his official duties.

James A. Skiles, 31, of Oregon, Ohio, was indicted on two counts of theft and one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. On or about May 31, 2015, to June 2, 2015, he allegedly stole cell phones valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500. He also allegedly participated in the affairs of an enterprise through a pattern of corrupt activity.

Heather M. Minor, 30, of Oregon, Ohio, was indicted on two counts of theft and one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. On or about May 31, 2015, to June 2, 2015, she allegedly stole cell phones valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500. She also allegedly participated in the affairs of an enterprise through a pattern of corrupt activity.

Alexia M. Vielma, 20, of Wauseon was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, one count of possession of marijuana, and one count of illegal use or possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia. On or about Oct. 23, 2015, she allegedly possessed oxycodone, marijuana, and marijuana drug paraphernalia.

Quinten R. Miller, 28, of Wauseon was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs. On or about April 10, 2015, he allegedly possessed Adderall for sale to another in the vicinity of a juvenile.

Thomas H. Munger, 33, of Montpelier was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, one count of permitting drug abuse, and one count of tampering with evidence. On or about May 5, 2015, he allegedly possessed oxycodone, allegedly permitted his vehicle to be use for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense, and allegedly tampered with evidence in an official proceeding or investigation.

Jason S. Stull, 30, of Montpelier was indicted on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs, and aggravated trafficking in drugs. On or about May 5, 2015, he allegedly possessed oxycodone, diazepam, and methamphetamine, and allegedly sold or offered to sell Percocet.

Brandon B. Taylor, 29, of Bryan, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin. On or about June 12, 2015, he allegedly possessed heroin.

Jonathan P. Gerard Jr., 34, of Delta was indicted on one count of felonious assault and one count of harassment with a bodily substance. On or about Oct. 17, 2015, he, knowing that he is a carrier of the virus that causes HIV, or that he was a carrier of hepatitis or tuberculosis, allegedly caused serious physical harm to another and allegedly caused that other person to come into contact with a bodily substance.

Tayler N. Pachlhofer, 21, of Swanton was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, one count of possessing drug abuse instruments, and one count of illegal use or possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia. On or about Nov. 2, 2015, she allegedly possessed heroin, drug abuse instruments, and marijuana drug paraphernalia.

Brittany M. Matthews, 21, of Swanton was indicted on one count of permitting drug abuse and one count of illegal use or possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia. On or about March 14, 2015, she allegedly possessed marijuana drug paraphernalia and allegedly permitted her vehicle to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.

Andrew S. Lewis, 21, of Swanton was indicted on one count of theft of drugs and one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs. On or about March 1, 2015, to March 14, 2015, he allegedly stole drugs and allegedly transported or distributed oxycodone for sale to another.

William M. Wilson, 38, of Osso, Mich., was indicted on one count of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer. On or about Dec. 9, 2015, he allegedly failed to stop his motor vehicle after receiving a visible or audible signal from a police officer, allegedly causing a substantial risk of serious physical harm to persons or property.

Danny R. Reynolds II, 55, of Wauseon was indicted on one count of trafficking in drugs, two counts of possession of cocaine, and one count of possession of heroin. On or about Oct. 22, 2015, to Nov. 4, 2015, he allegedly sold offered to sell the drug Suboxone and allegedly possessed cocaine and heroin.

Zachary B. Tipton, 36, of Lyons was indicted on two counts of theft, one count of misuse of credit cards, and five counts of forgery. On or about Sept. 18, 2015, to Nov. 16, 2015, he allegedly stole blank checks and allegedly forged them, and allegedly stole cash valued at over $1,000 but less than $7,500. He also allegedly misused another’s credit card to obtain property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500.

An indictment is merely an accusation, and all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
