Kids programs at SPL

Events are planned at Swanton Public Library for elementary school aged children.

Children in grades K, 1 and 2 are invited to celebrate Valentine's Day at the library on Saturday, Feb. 13, from 2- 2:45 p.m. Play good games, hear sweet stories and do a very fun Valentine's craft.

Children in grades 3, 4 and 5 are invited to celebrate Greek mythology at the library on Friday, Feb. 12, from 4-5 p.m. Hear some of the stories, try some of the food, play some of the games, and make a Greek-themed craft. The fun will tie-in with the same-day release of the first Percy Jackson movie, "The Lightning Thief."
